If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Guidelines:

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Custom artwork and personalized products are non-refundable.

  Because these items are made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders.
