Products involving custom artwork are made to order and are non-refundable, as outlined in our Return Policy.
Revisions Policy
We offer free Revisions* on custom artwork and design requests to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.
*"Revisions" refers to a reasonable number of edits provided in good faith and within the scope of the original request. Excessive, abusive, or significantly altered requests—such as complete redesigns or new concepts—may fall outside the definition of a reasonable revision and will be handled at our sole discretion.
We’re committed to delivering work you love, and we’ll always do our best to work with you until it feels right. However, we also reserve the right to limit or refuse additional revisions if the request becomes unreasonable, repetitive, or violates our fair use policies. Multiple revisions may also delay getting your designs to the printer in a timely manner. We reserve the right to refund any purchase, minus a service fee, at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guide of US, LLC and CritterCute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products.
